By using this website or commissioning an engagement, you agree to these terms. If you arrange work on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

Services described

Pages describing audits, readiness checks, crash reviews, and continuity retainers are informational. A signed statement of work or written quote controls the scope, fees, and timeline for any engagement.

Intellectual property

Website content, templates, and Apienginebase methodologies remain the property of Apienginebase Co., Ltd. Findings packs delivered to clients may be used internally for the reviewed product. Redistribution of our templates as a competing commercial offering is not permitted without written consent.

Client materials

Builds, crash exports, and credentials you share remain yours. We use them only to perform the engagement and delete access when the engagement closes, subject to retention needs described in our privacy policy.

Liability

Engagements provide professional observations based on agreed devices, journeys, and data. They do not guarantee store approval, specific rating outcomes, or the absence of defects after delivery. To the extent permitted by Thai law, liability for any engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep rates and descriptions current. Published figures may change; confirm details in a written quote before relying on them for budgeting.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the website or engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
