Data we collect

Contact forms collect name, email, selected engagement, optional release date, and message content. During engagements we may process business contact details and technical materials you provide (builds, crash exports, analytics access). We do not seek sensitive personal data through the public form.

Purposes

We use data to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver reviews, issue invoices, improve our website through optional analytics cookies when accepted, and meet legal obligations.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues. Engagement records and invoices are retained for the period required under Thai accounting and tax rules. Access credentials are revoked at engagement close.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Thai personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw consent for optional analytics. International transfers

We primarily process data in Thailand. If a subprocessors or email infrastructure stores data outside Thailand, we apply contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer and limit access to what the engagement requires.
